Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform parking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning services at the Pomona DMV field office (approximately 71,974 square feet) for the term of this Agreement. Bidder must be certified small Business. Current Cost: Parking Lot Sweeping: $889 per month Pressure Washing/Steam Cleaning: $944 per month The services shall be performed at: 1600 South Garey Avenue, Pomona, CA 91766 Question Deadline 08/06/2024 at 4:00 PM PT Email all written questions to the contact person identified on the cover page of this SB Bid package. The State reserves its right to seek any and all relief to which it may be entitled to as a result of such non-disclosure.
