Design of system (see also section 1.08) shall include all of Johnson Park turf areas bounded by North Fork of the Elkhorn River on the south, 1st Street on the west, E Prospect Avenue on the north and Oak Street on the east. The total area of the park to be irrigated is approximately 7.6 acres. Installation of the irrigation system will be completed in phases with construction of the park improvements. 2. The sprinkler system shall be provided as a complete unit with major components including sprinkler heads, valves, controller, and other accessories produced by a single acceptable manufacturer.
