The contractor will provide all materials and means necessary to complete the work by the scheduled deadline. c. The contractor will submit a projectspecific health and safety plan, and work plan per the project documents prior to start of work. d. The contractor shall refer to Construction Permit No 18-54, for requirements and conditions e. Obtain a NYSCC Work Permit prior to starting construction. f. Submit as-build drawings including any revisions to the original signed/sealed drawings g. Coordinate with Argus Engineering via NYSCC if any discrepancies to the drawings arise during construction. h. Coordinate independent electrical inspection with NYSCC at points referenced in the construction permit.
