Baldwinsville Central School District invites sealed bids, in duplicate, for the following contracts: Electrical The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Bidding Documents. Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. There will be no pre-bid meeting on this project. Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King and LeChase. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement. RFIs shall be e-mailed simultaneously to: Amanda Thomas: athomas@kingarch.com and Greg Levan gregory.levan@lechase.com.
