Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King and LeChase. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement. A Bidder who submits a bid will be refunded its deposit in full. 2. A Bidder who does not submit a bid will not be refunded its deposit. 3. Subcontractors, material suppliers, and others will be refunded their deposits in full. 4. Deposits will not be refunded for documents returned in unusable condition or after 30 days. 5. All Contract Documents (except for those held by successful Bidders) must be returned to Plan and Print Systems, Inc.
