Submission of sealed bids are invited for Bidders for the Hillside Irrigation District Headgate and Spillway Repair Improvements, La Plata, NM 87418 The nature of the work is Headgate and Spillway Repair Improvements and miscellaneous items of work. Contractors when obtaining plan sets must identify whether they are to be listed as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor. Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total bid shall accompany each bid in accordance with Instructions to Bidders. All bidders shall hold their bids for 60 days after actual date of bid opening. The wage rate decision issued for this project is SJ-24-1325-A. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the Bidding. NOTICE OF REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT. Bidders are reminded that in order to be considered for bid award, all contractors (including their subcontractors if at a specific cost threshold) must be registered under the Labor Enforcement Fund with the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions on the date bids are unconditionally accepted for consideration for bid award and must remain actively registered in order to perform work under this solicitation. The Contractor selected for award of a contract shall provide documentation to verify compliance with this paragraph prior to execution of a contract.
