It will construct a Class I bike trail and associated grading, drainage, and delineation improvements. The Project intends to select an alignment that will minimize environmental impacts as required for the County's Department of Transportation. The successful Proposer will complete services on public works projects involving local, state and/or federal funds. Proposals must be consistent with applicable prevailing wage requirements. It is anticipated that this Request for Proposals (RFP) will result in the award of one (1) agreement with the top-ranked Proposer for a three (3) year period. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
