No definite date for the rebid. \ This contract includes replacement of the exterior entry doors with ADA accessible entry doors, including all associated electrical and structural work, at the Moshannon Community Center, located at 1351 West Sycamore Road, Moshannon, PA. A bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price, and performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required. All work must be completed by December 30, 2024. Snow Shoe Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waiver any informalities in the bidding process, and to award the bid as may be deemed by the Township to be in their best interests.
