Site work for a water / sewer project in Brown Deer, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
In general, the project consists of: The installation of 360 linear feet of 18-inch diameter HDPE storm sewer, flare end sections, and two ADS structures. The project will include sod restoration and rip rap placement at the outlets of the pipes A single prime bid will be received for the work. Direct inquiries shall be made to Brandon Flunker, Clark Dietz, Inc. at 414-831-2864. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in any bid. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the Bid Deadline. Bid security will be retained if the Bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Agreement and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. Bidders shall prequalify by submitting a Statement of Bidder's Qualifications to the Village five (5) days prior to the Bid Deadline in accordance with Wis. Stat. 66.0901(2). Contractors shall submit a completed qualification form to Matthew Maederer, Director of Public Works/Village Engineer at mmaederer@browndeerwi.org or fax at (414) 371-3053. Pre-qualification forms may be obtained from the Village's website at online on the "Public Works" homepage or found bound within the Project Manual. Bidders who have previously and successfully pre-qualified for 2023 work do not need to resubmit another form.
