2025 Building Demolition - Former First Citizen's Bank Village of Brown Deer Milwaukee County, WI Village of Brown Deer (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 2025-Building Demolition - Former First Citizen's Bank The Project includes, but not limited to, the following Work: Removal of the structure and miscellaneous debris Removal of all foundations, concrete slabs, driveways All waste material must be hauled to an approved landfill site All foundation holes will be filled with clean fill which will be Village approved material Each excavation site must be mechanically compacted The finished site is to be graded back to the existing grade The Contractor shall be responsible for all water and sewer disconnections The Contractor shall be responsible for the disconnection and removal of all gas and electric utilities. WAGE RATES In accordance with Section 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes State prevailing wage rates are not applicable to this project. Bidders shall prequalify by submitting a Statement of Bidder's Qualifications to the Village five (5) days prior to the Bid Deadline in accordance with Wis. Stat. 66.0901(2). Pre-qualification forms may be obtained from online. Bidders who have previously and successfully pre-qualified for 2020 work do not need to resubmit another form.
