Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Bidder may conduct a Site visit during normal working hours, and shall not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site The Project consists of a new park with playground, concrete multi-use sport court, asphalt pavement pickleball courts, picnic areas and restroom facility. Major work items and approximate quantities include: 120 tons of asphalt pavement, 13,800 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 600 cubic yards of excavation common, 240 linear feet of storm sewer, 3,600 square yards of lawn and landscape restoration, and 670 linear feet of 6' tall Fence. The project area is located at the West end of W River Ln. in the Village of Brown Deer, Wisconsin. This project is part of a larger overall project and will require coordination with Ten Mile Park - Project 2. The Project consists of a new park with playground, concrete multi-use sport court, asphalt pavement pickleball courts, picnic areas and restroom facility. Major work items and approximate quantities include: 200 tons of asphalt pavement, 13,800 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 600 cubic yards of excavation common, 210 linear feet of storm sewer, 2,000 square yards of lawn and landscape restoration, and 670 linear feet of 6' tall Fence. All Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, payable to the Village of Brown Deer, in the amount equal to five percent of the bid. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through online for bids to be accepted. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within the 60-day period after the date of the bid opening.
