Renovation of a military facility in Brown Deer, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
GENERAL TENANT IMPROVEMENTS: Install Security Closet with Locking Door, Shelves and Keys for All Services Install Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) / Digital Video Recorder (DVR) System - 16 Channel Install Wire/Mechanical Entry Bell/Chime- NAVY TENANT IMPROVEMENTS: Install Additional Desk Station for Video Intercom Entry System Relocate Existing Desk Station for Video Intercom Entry System A single prime bid will be received for the work. Direct inquiries to Matthew Maederer at 414.371.3021. BID SECURITY Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the Bid Deadline. Bid security will be retained if the Bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Agreement and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. Bidders shall prequalify by submitting a Statement of Bidder's Qualifications to the Village five (5) days prior to the Bid Deadline in accordance with Wis. Stat. 66.0901(2). Contractors shall submit a completed qualification form to Matthew Maederer, Director of Public Works/Village Engineer at mmaederer@browndeerwi.org or fax at (414) 371-3053.
