Fire Extinguisher Maintenance. The costs for any Work shown or required in the Contract Documents, but not specifically identified as a line item are to be included in the related line items and no additional compensation shall be due to Contractor for the performance of the Work. Question Deadline 08/01/2024 at 4:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes Project Duration 3 Years, plus and optional 2-1 year extensions The initial term is anticipated to be 3 years. EVMWD will have the option, at its sole discretion, to extend the agreement and negotiate a revised price, if any, for up to 2 additional one year terms. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement, EVMWD, at its sole discretion, will not move forward with the renewal option and shall re-bid the work. A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this IFB. Scope of Services Found in Exhibit C. The District reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest monetary bidder, if determined to be in the best interest of the District. District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process.
