The City of Edmonton (the "City") invites bidders to submit bids for this Sourcing Event for the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment required to supply and install flooring on an if, and as required basis. The Work to be performed by the successful bidder is outlined in the Description of Work document attached to the Form of Agreement Section Projects, and related Work under this Contract are classified as Planned Work, and Unplanned Work, which may include, but is not limited to the following: Installation/removal of broadloom carpet; Installation/removal of carpet tile; Installation/removal of sheet good products (Lino, Marmoleum, etc.); Installation/removal of Vinyl Composite (VC) tile and luxury vinyl plank; Installation/removal of rubber flooring (Athletic Rubber Flooring, Mondo, Dinoflex, etc); Installation/removal of wood flooring (Hardwood, Laminate); Installation/removal of synthetic sports flooring and ice skate resistant flooring (ISRF); Installation/removal of floor underlay materials; Installation/removal of flooring accessories (baseboard, treads, nosing's, transition strips); Preparation to repair, level, and clean floor substrate for flooring adhesive; and Execute miscellaneous small to medium scale stand-alone projects, as required.
