The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit Proposals from firms interested in providing Consultant Services, in accordance with the procurement and contracting requirements described in this document. The services required include: 1. Conducting an environmental assessment to identify species at risk, rare plants, wetlands, tree removal areas and conduct wildlife sweeps prior to construction. 2. Performing topographic survey and verification of the proposed fence alignment. 3. Secure the necessary approvals, including submitting a notice of construction review to the appropriate regulatory bodies (i.e. Fisheries and Oceans Canada [DFO], Alberta Environment and Protected Areas [AEPA] under the WaterAct, etc.) 4. Providing tender support including preparation of the Unit Price Schedule complete with quantity take-offs and preparation of the Measurement and Payment Schedule.
