This project will evaluate the needs and constraints of the existing facility (GESA Stadium) and utilize the list of MLB required improvements in detail to design the future enhancements. The selected Consultant shall provide services including, but not limited to: detailed design including preparation of plans, specifications & estimate (PS&E), development of bid documents, stakeholder coordination, data gathering and condition assessment of existing facility and lead all associated permitting. The scope of work may also include, bid support, construction administration and inspection services, if deemed necessary by the City.
