A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include removal and replacement of security fencing around the three remaining patient recreational yards at the State Hospital South facility in Blackfoot, Idaho. New fencing is to match the recently constructed 12-foot-high mesh fencing on one of the patient recreational yards. Approximately 752 feet of new fencing is to be constructed with this project.
