Sac and Fox Nation Seeking SOQ/RFP Engineering Services Sac and Fox Nation is seeking Statements of Qualifications & Proposals for Engineering Services for: #1) plans, specs & related bid docs through bid award & #2) site development Construction Oversight/Onsite Inspections related to the construction of the site development components of a permanent modular project for our new Courts/Criminal Justice Center to be located at 405 N. Court Street, Reserve, KS 66434. phases will be provided on a contractual basis with payment at a negotiated rate. This RFP/SOQ is open to all qualified, responsive consultants. Indian Preference will apply, however it will in no case be the sole deciding factor in awarding work. The Nation reserves the right to reject any and all submittals according to the best interest of the tribe. The Nation reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in regard to this RFP/SOQ process. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
