Stanton County is requesting bids for: Eleven (11) - 15'2" x 12', Insulated, and One (1) - 16'2" x 12', Insulated overhead door with equipment listed below. Each door shall consist of an 1/2 HP 120v opener, a mounted 3-button control station, door sensors, and one 3 channel transmitter. Bids shall also include the removal and disposal of removed doors, tracks, and other equipment associated with the current doors. Insulated doors shall have an R-Value of no less than 5 but no greater than 10. Sealed bids will be accepted by Stanton County for the removal/disposal and replacement of overhead doors on the County Shop building located at 1101 Elm St, Stanton Nebraska. Bids shall include the cost for all labor, materials, equipment, and required local permitting (if any). All electrical for the overhead doors, control stations, and sensors will be installed by an electrical company. Along with its Bid Proposal, each bidder shall submit an unconditional Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the Stanton County Treasurer in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Bid Proposal. Also, each bidder is to include an estimated time of beginning and completion for the project with its bid proposal. The company or individual awarded the bid shall produce insurance of liability which will cover any and all damage to the shop building and site during removal. The company or individual must have insurance on all personnel working on or around the shop building. The shop building and site will be inspected for damage or debris before final payment is made. The Stanton County Board of Commissioners reserve the right to waive any informalities and irregularities and to make an award on the bid that will, in their opinion, serve the best interest of Stanton County. The Stanton County Commissioners also reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids.
