Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Stanton, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Project is Referred to as "memorial Park Concrete" and Shall Include All Labor, Materials, Transportation and Equipment Required for: Project No. 1: Gazebo - 30ft X 30ft, 12-sided Polygon (Dodecagon); Project No. 2: American Flagpole - 20ft Circle; Project No. 3: Memorial - 65ft Circle; Project No. 4: M3c3 Cannon - 20ft X 20ft; and Project No. 5: Utility Building - 10ft X 20ft. Along With Its Bid Proposal, Each Bidder Shall Submit an Unconditional Bid Bond or Certifi Ed Check Made Payable to the Stanton County Treasurer in an Amount Equal to Fi Ve (5) Percent of the Bid Proposal. Also, Each Bidder is to Include an Estimated Time of Beginning and Completion for the Project With Its Bid Proposal. The Surety and Form of the Bonds Are Subject to Acceptance by the Stanton County Board of Commissioners. The Stanton County Board of Commissioners Reserve the Right to Waive Any Irregularities in the Bids Received and to Make an Award on the Bid That Will, in Their Opinion, Serve the Best Interest of Stanton County. The Stanton County Commissioners Also Reserve the Right to Reject Any and/or All Bids. Stanton County is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
