Conceptual plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; for the renovation of a fire / police facility; parking garage; parking garage; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Provide professional architectural and engineering services to undertake the Architect of Record role of existing regulatory approved construction documents for the relocation of an existing Unit Headquarters facility during the construction phase. The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) project will relocate an existing fire station and helitack facility to nearby state-owned property. The project includes, but is not limited to, relocation of existing facilities, and construction of a 3-bay apparatus building, a dozer/transport building, a 36-bed barracks/mess hall building, a helicopter hanger, a helicopter pad, a generator/pump/storage building with generator, a 12,000-gallon jet-A fuel storage tank, and a 4-bay utility parking garage. Project also include site preparation, paving of approximately two (2) miles of an unimproved access road, utility extensions and connections, water well, pipelines, 25,000-gallon storage tank, septic system, above-ground vehicle fuel storage, propane tank and distribution piping, landscaping, security fencing, and all necessary appurtenances. Copies of the prevailing rate of per diem wages are on file at the Department of General Services, which shall be made available to all interested parties.
