Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a mixed-use development in Marquette, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development; for asbestos abatement for a residential development; for the demolition of a residential development; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Village of Marquette, Nebraska is soliciting bids for contractors interested in providing nuisance abatement services at 404 Center Street in Marquette, Nebraska. Interested Contractors should contact the Village Clerk in advance of bidding to understand the scope of the project. Interested Contractors shall abate all nuisances as identified by the Village including, but not limited to, the following: oDemolition of the primary house on the identified property, including the removal of all foundations and the filling of the resulting foundation holes oDemolition of one (1) shed/garage and any other out buildings and contents oRemoval of all remaining concrete including sidewalks and drive- ways oRemoval of lumber, trash or any other items/conditions identified as a nuisance on the property grounds Contractor shall leave all existing trees in place and the site shall be as bare ground. Prior to any work commencing on the properties, the Village of Marquette will provide confirmation that the water and sewer lines are unhooked and out of service, and that all electrical power has been disconnected to the property.
