Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Stoughton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for paving for a municipal facility; parking garage; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and pre-engineered storage facility.
The work includes the construction of a new Rutland Town Garage/Hall located at 785 Center Road, Stoughton, WI 53589. The Work of this Project consists, in general, of a new, one-story, 8,700 square foot, pre-engineered metal building with an office and garage areas separated by a fire wall, new parking lot and entrance drive, pedestrian walks, and landscaping. The building will be located on approximately 2.81 acres of current farmland next door to the current Town Hall building. The program includes, but is not limited to, offices, a meeting room, storage rooms, men's and women's toilet rooms, mechanical room, garage and work areas, and entry lobby and vestibule. Work will include plumbing, HVAC with in-floor- radiant heat, electrical and technology systems. The scope of the project includes all rough and finish work as shown on plans and described within the specifications. Project elements include but are not limited to: New pre-engineered metal building erection, septic, private utilities, MEP's, finishes: - 03.30 Cast-in-Place Concrete and Slab Insulation - 04.00 Masonry - 06.00 General Trades - 07.40 Metal Wall and Roof Panels, Exterior Wall and Roof Insulation, Gutters, Downspouts, and Flashing - 07.90 Caulking - 08.10 Doors, Frames, and Hardware - 08.33 Overhead Doors - 0 8 . 4 0 A l u m i n u m Wi n d o w s , Entrances, and Glazing - 09.20 Gypsum Board Systems - 09.30 Tile - 09.50 Suspended Acoustical Ceil- ings - 09.65 Resilient Flooring, Base, and Carpet - 09.90 Painting - 22.00 Plumbing - 23.10 HVAC - 26.00 Electrical - 32.14 Asphalt Paving - 32.16 Site Concrete - 33.00 Site Utilities Earthwork and Landscaping were sent out in a previous bid package dated July 17th, 2024. The Town of Rutland reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids (consisting of up to: 60 days for issuance of Notice of Award; 15 days for Contractor to return signed agreements, and insurance; and 10 days for Town execution of agreement).
