Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Longton, Kansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

The City of Longton is requesting bids for the construction of a picnic shelter area at 922 Kansas with water access. Bid shall be itemized and include the following: o Lay 4"x 20'x 40' concrete slab. o Construct 20'x 40'picnic shelter with metal roof. o Install pipe and hydrant for water access. The City of Longton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Proof of liability insurance and workers comp insurance must be submitted with the bid.
