Renovation of a multi-residential development in Collingwood, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
As of September 12, 2024 this project was awarded to Surelock Homes Ltd Supply and Installation of Salto Lock System at 25 Napier Street, Collingwood, ON This Request for Proposal is being issued by the County of Simcoe on behalf of Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC). The Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) requires the installation of new door hardware, by a certified SALTO LOCK installer. The installation requires the handles, network components, wiring and other misc. accessories for all tenant doors, service rooms, mechanical doors, common rooms, bathrooms, garbage rooms, laundry rooms, exterior entrances, workshops, and Front vestibule doors at 25 Napier Street in Collingwood. SCHC will also be replacing all existing suite and service doors in the building via RFT 2024-070. Should there be two separate successful contractors for either project, the successful contractor for this RFT shall work alongside the successful contractor of "RFT 2024-070 Removal and Replacement of Suite and Service Doors" for the installation schedule.
