Lamar County Stadium. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance Project cost range is approximately $1,500,000. Project Description: Project consists of site demolition, construction of a new masonry concession and toilet building including mechanical / plumbing / and electrical components, site improvements to include sidewalks / fencing / retaining walls, aluminum grandstand additions, aluminum canopy structure, and low voltage communication upgrades throughout the existing stadium facility. Successful bidder shall begin procuring materials on receipt of the Notice to Proceed (est. September 10, 2024). Work onsite shall begin immediately following the football season (est. December 1, 2024) and shall be completed prior to July 31, 2025. Onsite work shall be performed to allow for a graduation ceremony in May, 2025.
