Luke AFB intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for the repair of Gila Bend Air Force Auxiliary Field (AFAF), AZ Giant Voice System to 100% operational status with a two year full maintenance service plan/warranty. Please review the attached statement of work for full requirement details. Funds are currently unavailable for this requirement but could become available before Sept. 30th. All quotes should be valid through 30 Sept 2024. Questions will be taken and answered until close of business 1 August 24. Gila Bend AFAF is located about one hour south of Phoenix, AZ. Q and A added to attachments 24 July 24. Giant Voice Repair GBAFAF. Repair location south of Phoenix, AZ in Gila Bend, AZ, 85337 Scope: This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirements for the Vendor, based on a site survey to provide skill and components needed to return the Gila Bend GV system (3 Towers and Control Unit) to 100% operational status and a 2 year full maintenance service plan/warranty. After repaired GV system shall provide real-time, intelligible voice and pre-recorded tone alert notifications for the entire base populace at Gila Bend AFAF.
