Completed plans call for the demolition of a hospitality development; for site work for a hospitality development; for asbestos abatement for a hospitality development; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Town of Gila Bend is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the demolition of the building located at 515 East Pima Street, Gila Bend, AZ 85337. The site includes an abandoned and burned out building shell of a former motel and concrete floors, driveway and parking area pavements, and other associated features. All utilities have been disconnected and are no longer in service. The building demolition contractor is required to perform asbestos abatement, transportation, and disposal of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) in compliance with applicable environmental regulations. The building demolition project will be bid and awarded on a lump sum basis for all the specified work and the award of the project will be made to the lowest qualified and responsive bidder.
