Work Summary: The project work includes improving and supplementing existing site infrastructure, including parking area and entry drive, existing trail system, fence removal and replacement, trailer removal, restoration of existing ramadas, addition of a restroom facility, new shade structures, tables and benches, entry kiosk and signage, new plantings with irrigation system and minor earthwork and erosion protection. The work shall conform to the plans and the Maricopa Association of Governments Standard Specifications. The term of the contract will commence upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed and be completed within 120 calendar days. The deadline for submittal of Questions by Bidders for formal response by the Town of Gila Bend is close of business on November 12, 2024.
