a. The project will be bid on a unit price basis and awarded to the bidder with the lowest total bid amount. b. The project is funded with a loan to the Town of Gila Bend from the Maricopa County through the Maricopa County Community Development Block Grant Program. C. Should the low bid price exceed the approved and available funds for the project, the Town reserves the right to negotiate the scope and cost with the low bidder, to reject the bids, and/or to consult with Town Council on funding the additional amount. d.
