Vendor to provide a service contract including all labor, materials, equipment, and to perform all operations needed to conduct semi-annual inspections on all automatic gates and to make necessary repairs on a time and material basis. The vendor shall be required to service approximately thirteen (13) automatic gates, listed in Attachment 1, at the various Narragansett Bay Commission (NBC) facilities. Interceptor Maintenance, Ernest Street Gate 9. Washington Park Pump Station Gate East Providence Service Area 1. BPWWTF, 102 Campbell Avenue Rumford, RI 2. BPWWTF, 25 Nassau Street Pawtucket, RI 3. WHPS, 636 Washington Highway Lincoln, RI 4. Omega Pump Station, 2 Dexter Road East Providence, RI The blanket period will be from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025. NBC reserves the right to extend this agreement for up to two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods NBC Reserves the Right to Add, Replace or Delete Sites and/or Gates at Any Time During the Agreement Period.
