Waterline Break Permanent Repair Under Ridley Creek Ridley Creek State Park Edgmont Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania Work included under this contract consists of the complete construction of replacing an existing 8" Cast Iron watermain under Ridley Creek with approximately 130 L.F. of 8" DR-11 HDPE pipe PE4710. Question Deadline 08/12/2024 at 4:30 PM ET DGS Small Business Certification Required Contractor is to begin work within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, and to complete work within Ninety (90) calendar days. The tenth (10th) day after receipt of Notice to Proceed shall be the official starting date unless the ten (10) day period is extended in writing by the Secretary. It is understood that if the work is not completed within the time above specified or such extension thereof, as shall be granted in accordance with the General Conditions, the Contractor shall pay the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as liquidated damages and not as a penalty for non-completion of work, the amount of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per day for each and every calendar day thereafter until the work shall be completed and accepted Engineer's Estimate: $50,000 - $100,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
