**As of October 7, 2024, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $118,906.80** The scope of work includes milling, overlay of selected streets & the installation of ADA ramps in conformance with Federal Standards, traffic control and base repair as needed. The following is included: -5,224 SY Milling -5,224 SY Superpave Mixture Wearing Course -40 Tons Superpave Mixture Leveling Course -140 Tons Superpave Mixture Base Repair -Installation of ADA ramps -Incidental Work There is no physical public bid opening for this project, bids will be revealed via the online website. The awarded bidder must satisfy the applicable fees to online. No fees apply to bidders who submit without being awarded the contract. All interested parties must submit questions via the web based system, by the posted deadline for questions. Bidders are not permitted to contact the Borough Engineer or staff directly. Bidders are required to submit a surety in the form of a bond or equivalent meeting 10% of the overall bid price in compliance with the contract documents. Bid bonds will be returned to the non-awarded bidders upon the execution of the contract. Deadline to submit Questions Sep 19th 2024, 12:00 PM EDT Prevailing Wage requirements are applicable to this project. Public Works Employment Verification Act requirements are also in effect.
