Proposals from Firms experienced in providing Professional Engineering Services pertaining to Title V Air Permit, New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) Monitoring, Reporting and Compliance, and Landfill Gas Wellfield Expansion. The purpose of this RFP is to engage a suitable Engineering Consultant (Consultant) to provide the Authority with design-phased, and construction-phase engineering services along with landfill gas monitoring and reporting. Question Deadline 10/25/2024 at 4:00 PM ET, Location : Online portal. Questions regarding this Notice of Request for Proposal shall be submitted via online. All Respondents should be aware that travel shall not be a reimbursable expense for this Contract. Irrespective of any such costs included in Respondent's Proposal or any attachments thereto, the Authority will not reimburse any time for travel to the Authority's facilities, meeting locations, project sites, or other work-related locations and back to the contractor's office (portal to portal). This includes all expenses associated with traveling (tolls, lodging and food). The authority reserves the right to select any and all respondents as qualified, to reject any and all responses provided by respondents and to negotiate with any respondent. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
