All Work and related activities are to occur at the Delaware County Solid Waste Authority's Rolling Hills Landfill, located in Berks County, PA. The Contractor shall include the furnishing of all labor, required materials (not specifically listed as owner supplied), equipment, services, and the performance of all operations required to complete the Work as indicated on the Contract Drawings and in accordance with the Contract Documents. Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct, as requested, for a term of one (1) year, Leachate Tanks Installation, at Dela- ware County Solid Waste Au- thority, Rolling Hills Landfill, Earl Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. The scope of work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications. All questions must be submit- ted electronically The Bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to OWNER, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount Bid in the form of Of- ficial Bank Check, Cash, Certi- fied Good Faith Check, Irrevo- cable Letter of Credit or a Bid Bond issued by a Surety meet- ing the requirements of para- graph 4.1 of the Procurement General Conditions.
