Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wilkeson, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Town of Wilkeson is releasing a Small Works Project. As a Contractor on the MRSC Small Works Roster for Roadway Construction, Repair, and Maintenance you are invited to submit a bid on this Project. This project consists of preparation, gravel subgrade, and asphalt paving of a parking lot near the Town of Wilkeson Fire Station. Work also includes construction of a stormwater bioswale and electrical conduit. As required by the Contract, a postal money order, certified check, cashier's check or Proposal bond made payable to the Owner is attached hereto. If this Proposal is accepted and the undersigned fail(s) or refuse(s) to enter into a contract and furnish the required performance bond, labor and material payment bond, special guarantee bonds (if required), required insurance and all other required documentation, the undersigned will forfeit to the Owner an amount equal to five percent of the Proposal amount. The Town of Wilkeson expressly reserves the right to reject any of all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities, and to further make award of the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interest of the Town based on the sum of the Bid.
