Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Wilkeson, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This Contract provides for the application of surface treatments to approximately 0.75 miles of roadways throughout the Town of Wilkeson. The work shall include (but is not necessarily limited to) the placement of crushed screening and emulsified asphalt for chip seal, the application of asphalt for fog seal, and related work items. Two additional schedules of work provide for the application of surface treatments to two additional roadways totaling approximately 0.32 miles. The Work shall be substantially complete within 20 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the Town of Wilkeson and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. The Town of Wilkeson expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal.
