Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This contract provides for the improvement of Crestline Road from 63rd Ave. to 57th Ave. in Section 04 in Township 24N, Range 43 E.W.M. by installing sidewalks and roadside swales along the east side of Crestline Road through construction of cement concrete curb types A and B, cement concrete sidewalk, cement concrete sidewalk for curb ramps, Cement Concrete Curb Wall, HMA patching, precast concrete drywells, catch basins type 1, topsoil type A, signing, and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Bidders must submit a bid deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount, which can be in the form of a surety bond, postal money order, cash, cashier’s check, or certified check. If awarded, the successful bidder must provide a performance bond for the full contract amount from a surety company acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of a single bid and to waive informalities in the bidding. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin. Bidders can obtain project documents from Spokane County’s Plan Room, with digital files available at no cost and printed documents at bidder expense.
