Purpose or Nature of Services: To provide Turnkey Services for general engineering, design, bid, award, construction observation/inspection and related services for public facility/infrastructure projects. To serve in-process grant application, and possible other grant funded, projects for a three-year period commencing upon selection date. Current Potential Agency Grant Funding Sources Include: State of Alabama/HUD CDBG, LWCF and Related Programs, The Appalachian Regional Com-mission, the Environmental Protection Agency, The Economic Development Administration, and the various programs of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Estimated Time Period: CY 2024-2026 Evaluation Criteria/Rating Points: The City of Glencoe shall evaluate each potential contractor in these terms: Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services (30 points). Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required (40 points). Capacity to accomplish work within grant-specified time restraints (30). In the event of a tie, oral interviews will be held with those firms. As a result of the interviews, the City of Glencoe will determine which firm will be selected. Unsuccessful firms will be notified as soon as possible. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
