Site work for a water / sewer project in Glencoe, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project is generally described as follows: Replacement of approximately 4,000 LF four-inch PVC and four-inch AC water main with new six-inch PC 200 PVC water main along 4th Avenue E and Jo-Cyn Drive. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or cashier's check in the amount of a sum no less than five (5) percent of the Bid Price but not more than $10,000.00. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. The Owner requires the Project to be substantially completed within 60 Calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 90 Calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
