The Contractor in accepting the contract hereby agrees to comply with all the conditions of the contract documents, local, state, and federal regulations, laws and ordinances. In the event there is a conflict between any provision of the contract documents and the local, state and federal regulations, laws and ordinances, said regulations, laws and ordinances shall govern. The Plans and Specifications outlined below are for the construction of two (2) foundations with crawlspaces for cabins at Three Mile Lake. Certain aspects have been prepared in considerable detail, while other aspects have been outlined in general terms. The Union County Conservation Board is currently seeking bids on foundations for proposed cabins (2) at Three Mile Lake. A contract may be awarded August 16, 2024 at a Special Union County Conservation Board meeting following a public hearing on said project. The Union County Conservation Board will provide a detailed set of plans and specifications for this project. It will be required for all bidders to follow all local, state, and federal regulations on specifications within the project and to follow all detailed specifications in the bid packet and drawings. A bid security equal to 5% of the total bid will be required. Successful bidder must have fifteen (15) years of related construction experience. Successful bidder must include three (3) references of similar work in the last three (3) years.
