La Colina Substation Upgrade Project. Question Deadline 07/29/2024 at 2:00 PM PT All requests for clarifications or questions for this RFP must be submitted Online Q&A Yes. Any communications, whether written or verbal, with any City Councilmember, the Honorable Mayor, or City staff other than the individual indicated herein, prior to award of a contract by City Council, is strictly prohibited. Any Proposer who violates this provision shall be immediately disqualified from consideration as a vendor under the terms of this RFP. Estimated Bid Value $2,000,000.00. Project Duration The initial term of the Agreement shall be 3.5 years with the option to extend for one (1) additional year. Scope of Services The City of Riverside ("City") is seeking a qualified entity or individual ("Company") to provide Evaluation, Design, and Technical Support for the demolition of Transformers T1, T2, T3, T4, and Switchgears 1-2, 3-4, and installation of Switchgear 1, 2, and Transformers T1, T2. The City is seeking services that include project management, engineering, design, shop drawing review, construction support, standards development, and as-builts for the La Colina Substation Upgrade Project. The selected Company shall provide the services required in Exhibit A, Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein. See Exhibit A "Scope of Services" for the detailed scope. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
