Standby Generator Replacement Question Deadline 08/21/2024 at 2:00 PM PT All request for clarification and questions regarding this Bid must be submitted trough Online Q&A Yes Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00%. Any communications, whether written or verbal, with any City Council member or City staff other than the individual indicated above, prior to award of a contract by City Council, is strictly prohibited and the Contractor shall be disqualified from consideration. The Final day for receipt of questions from Contractors shall submitted as stated in the Tentative Schedule of Events. To ensure fairness and avoid misunderstandings, all communications must be in the format noted above. Any verbal communications will not be considered or responded to. The standby generator replacement project consists of the replacement of three (3) Standby Propane Gas Generators and Automatic transfer switches (ATS) at three (3) radio sites. Please refer to Appendix C for detailed information regarding the scope of work for the project.
