As responsible stewards of the environment, it is requested that Bidders use innovative, forwardthinking, eco-friendly, and sustainable approaches. This includes considerations such as resource conservation, waste reduction, recyclability, and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and pollutant releases. The City is committed to reducing its environmental footprint through its preferred method of document sharing. The use of digital mediums is encouraged, and the City requests that any printed material be produced on 100% recyclable paper. The work to be done, in general, shall include furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, unless otherwise specified, for the rehabilitation, redevelopment, and testing potable water wells complete in place in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. The project involves the rehabilitation of the potable water wells including brushing, air bursting and bailing or airlifting, video surveys, cleaning, chemical treatment (if needed), redevelopment and pump testing as awarded by the City under the project's Bid Schedule.
