The performance of the proposed work cannot impede-on the ability of the Tenant's normal operation. Provisions will need to be made with the City of Riverside Project Manager on a daily basis to keep the office facility fully functional at all times. The selected Company shall provide the services required in Exhibit A, Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein. The City is seeking a qualified contractor to design, coordinate and construct the tenant improvements for the City Attorney's Office. Design drawings will be based on Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 drawings attached to the bid documents. All Phases shall be constructed separately following Phase 1. Full coordination will be required with the City's General Services Department, City Attorney's Office, and any other City department or entity required to complete the project. Scope of Services The City of Riverside ("City") is seeking an experienced, responsible, capable and professional architectural/engineering/construction firm ("Company") with proven experience completing "turn-key" construction projects which include producing comprehensive construction plans with all necessary and required engineering, and specifications to meet City permitting requirements as well as providing complete construction services. This project will challenge your firm to design and develop plans and to construct the tenant improvements for the City Attorney's Offices.
