For project specific items, confirm the firm has visited the project site. For all items, address your firm's technical understanding of the project or services, cost containment practices, innovative ideas and any other relevant information concerning your firm's qualifications for the project. Provide a schedule for the project, including key milestones. This project consists of the preparation of a Stormwater Master Plan for the City of Columbus to address existing and potential future stormwater management needs in the study area. The study area is defined generally as the area bound by 25th Street to the north, Central Avenue to the east, 1st Street to the south, and Lindsey Street to the west. Historic drainage patterns and previous master plans, including the 1992 Stormwater Master Plan prepared by SIECO, Inc., included in Appendix A, should be reviewed and considered in the development of the plan. The final plan should include an executive summary, review of community data, analysis of existing stormwater system, and recommendations for future stormwater system improvements, including estimated capital costs and prioritization table. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
