Site work for a water / sewer project in Columbus, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Columbus expressly reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. The signed Quote Form will be the contract. You are required to submit a fully executed Comprehensive Compliance Form (CCF) along with the contract. You are required to submit a copy of the Certificate of Liability Insurance with the quote. Insurance coverage is required in the amount of not less than Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000) for any one person, nor less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for any one accident. The work must be completed by November 1, 2024. Failure to complete projects on time will result in the deduction of $100 per calendar day, not counting weekends and holidays, as liquidated damages, from any money due the Contractor. Contractor will be required to obtain a Request for Special Use of Right of Way for any street, traffic lane, alley, parking space or sidewalk closure. The scope of the work shall consist of removal and replacement of 2 existing concrete perforated drywells, Install 1 new concrete shallow drywell, install storm pipe, curb and gutter, and asphalt patching. All work will be performed at the detailed and specific direction of the City Engineers office.
