Alaska Aerospace Corporation (AAC) has a requirement to assist in Hazardous Waste Removal from the PSCA facility in Kodiak, AK. AAC anticipates the following task to be the bulk of the work. 1.Waste identification and profiling ~ Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) will be collected from all identifiedproducts, and waste acceptance vendors will be determined by waste acceptance criteria. Please seeAttachment 1~ PSCA HAZ Waste Inventory for current information. 2.Chemistry Requests ~ as required by vendors accepting waste. 3.Segregation and Prepare for Shipment ~ After disposal vendors have approved the profiles andissued profile paperwork, separation and loading the onsite container van. Currently one van sits atthe spaceport available to be loaded with waste. 4.Shipping ~ Coordinate shipping with Samson and communicate expected ship times with allstakeholders. 5.Certificate of Disposal ~ Provide copies of disposal acceptance facilities (TSDF) receipt of good or acertificate of disposal. 6.Implement the Waste Management Plan provided by AAC~ Establish a suitable WasteAccumulation Area where all hazardous waste generated on-site would be sorted, processed, and shipped. Contractor would make once monthly visits to manage accumulated waste for a period of three months and ensure that the established waste management system is compliant with state and federal regulations. Once systems are established and an AAC representative is trained, AAC will take over the management process. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: BEGIN: 01 AUG 2024 END: December 31, 2024 Each offeror has the responsibility to disclose to the Contracting Officer, prior to award, all facts relevant to the existence or potential existence of organizational conflicts of interest. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Alaska Aerospace reserves the right to consider a proposal non-responsive or cancel the award if any interest disclosed from any source could give the appearance of a conflict. The CEO's determination regarding any questions of conflict of interest shall be final.
