Site work for a mixed-use development in Watsontown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The site preparation includes the grading and leveling and pouring a concrete slab as described in the specs for a total area of 1000 square feet. Complete guidelines are available from the Borough office upon request. The successful bidder will comply with all requirements of the laws and implementing regulations of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States relating to human relations, equal opportunity, and non-discrimination in employment, and will pay to workmen employed in the performance of this work the wages to which they may be entitled. Prevailing Wage rates apply to this project and project must be completed by September 6, 2024.
