Site work and paving for a road / highway in Watsontown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Complete approximately 2,267 SY milling asphalt pavement. Furnish and place approximately 272 ton asphalt wearing course; 160 ton asphalt binder course, base repair; 3 each ADA ramps and 1 lump sum construction survey. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance, will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. Prevailing wage rates shall apply on the project if total bid amount exceeds the established threshold. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
